The mobilization meeting of School of Music for the senior students was held successfully on September 5 in the No. 7301 classroom. The participants of this conference included the deputy secretary of the Communist Party of China of the school Dong Zhixiong, the deputy president Zhang Yemao, the responsible teacher Tan Shuye, the instructors for the internship Ding Ling, Xue Huaming, Zhao Hongxiao, Zhou Yan, Zhang Ning, Lu Ling, Chang Xiaoling and Yang Peilin as well as all the senior students. Besides, this event was hosted by the instructor Fu Biao.
Dong Zhixiong separated his lecture into 3 parts ---- the significance of the internship, what it is and how could we conduct it well. He indicated: “ The internship, is a final test for your 3-year’s learning, during this process, a bridge linking the university and the society would be construct. Furthermore, its helps building a valid notion of employment and improving your capability.” Except that, he emphasized the importance of the security, sense of principle, teamwork and image during the internships. Finally, he conveyed his anticipation and encouragement of persisting in dreaming big, at the same time, working hard for the students.
The representative student Liu Yuting said that imparting knowledge and cultivation are definitely the responsibility as well as the destiny of the teachers. “Having kept studying in the college for 3 years, we have taken the first step of being a teacher in the process of accumulation and learning the teaching skills. It maybe tough to chase your pursuit and broad your horizon, however, only these challenges would make me convince me choice and motivate myself.”
The instructor representative Zhang Ning firstly demonstrated the example of the staff retaining of the Shenzhen Middle School, then he shared how to perform well at the intern position. He explained: “Everyone plays different roles in different phrases of the life as well as in the different classes of the society, and so as the internship. As an intern, we ought to get along well with our colleagues, in the meantime, deal with the problem in the affair management through communication. Remember that only the effective information exchange and the teamwork could make you work better. ”
Responsible Teacher Tan Shuye illustrated the detailed arrangement of this internship and research study on the basis of their purpose, time, forms, specific content, requirement, meanwhile, the writing of the researches. Afterwards, she gave some of her advice according to the events that possibly would happen as well as the difficulty they probable could face during this activity.
Eventually, deputy president Zhang Yemao made a summary of this meeting. “We must attach our importance to this internship work and set it in the most significant position, as it would be an opportunity to put the theories into practice.
