The Mobilization Meeting on Autumn School Work Empowering Project of Starlight Learning and Developing Center Held Successfully
At 10 o’clock on October 17th, the mobilization meeting on autumn school work empowering project of starlight learning and developing center of Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education was held successfully in the hall of South Lake comprehensive building 7001. Teacher Wang Shuang , counselor of grade 2018, 5 young academic coaching tutors such as Zhou Sitian and 21 student representatives were invited to attend the mobilization meeting. And it was hosted by Duan Panpan, leader of learning and developing center.
At the beginning of the meeting, the hostess made an brief introduction in terms of the activity. She referred that the counseling activity on school work empowering of the department remains all the time the original heart of “further satisfy the need students have towards fundamental academic coaching, provide multilevel, personalized support for junior students, offer teaching practice chances for senior students”.
After that, little tutors of this year’s autumn school work counseling introduced themselves, and described their own expectation to school work counseling in the future. Duan Panpan explained in details about teaching requirements, student disciplines, and assessment system targeting at little tutors of school work counseling. Effective administration will make teaching process more standard, which benefits students’ studying even further.
Then, Zhou Sitian and Jiang Huiting, previous little tutors, shared their own experiences, teaching methods and key points of courses respectively. The experience shared by two students not only made new tutors have a more lucid teaching brain, but also helped students understand key points of academic coaching better.
Having finished sharing experience , teacher Wang Shuang mobilized everybody finally. She pointed out that school work empowering, school work increasing power, school work strengthening power are three sort of key work of studying and developing centre, among which school work empowering is the most important. She showed welcome to little tutors and students joining school work empowering project, giving blessing that students harvest growth. Teacher Wang Shuang put forward three aspects of anticipations: put ideological understanding, counseling work, communication between teachers and students in place. Meanwhile, she emphasized that students should uphold responsible attitude towards themselves, tutors and the whole school work counseling team, as well as take part in counseling regularly in a long term. She hoped that students and tutors would create a harmonious environment together, build equal and mutual relationship, thus promoting growing together.
At last, members attending the meeting began friendly communication. Confronted with questions concerning teaching key points from new tutors, teacher Wang Shuang answered that start from demand point of students and adjust according to the teaching progress. In fact, the questions about learning methods students put forward meant that new tutors should combine their sharing about learning methods and teaching plans. In the communication, questions of new tutors and students were all solved.
After the meeting, everyone engaging in had a group photo taken to mark the occasion. So far, the mobilization meeting on autumn school work empowering project of starlight learning and developing center brought to a successful close.
