At the meeting, Wu Jiancheng affirmed the effectiveness of the School of Chinese language and Literature's ethnic education work and expressed her gratitude to the School of Chinese language and Literature for actively carrying out the work of national unity. She pointed out that this year is a key year for national education work, and it is of great significance to do in-depth and detailed research on national work to improve the effectiveness of national education work.
Afterwards, Gui Wenliang reported on the ethnic work of the School of Chinese language and Literature. In recent years, the School of Chinese language and Literature, relying on the platform of "first-class disciplines" construction, has continued to improve the "text number" ideological and political education matrix, centered on "one main line", strengthened "two integration", and formed the basic layout of "three hearts connected", and effectively promoted the implementation of the college's ethnic work in detail. In her concluding speech, Han Junhua put forward "three requirements and three suggestions" for the ethnic work of the School of Chinese language and Literature. She emphasized that the School of Chinese language and Literature should fully understand the urgency of the work of ethnic education from the height of national stability and unity; fully understand the important position of ethnic education in the system of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, vividly implement the concept of "warm education", and forge the sense of community of the Chinese nation among ethnic students with genuine care and concern; and conscientiously carry out the deployment of ethnic education work and do a solid job in all the work of ethnic education. We should conscientiously implement the deployment of national education and do a good job in all aspects of national education. Han Junhua highly affirmed the effectiveness of the ethnic work of the College of Arts and Sciences and put forward three suggestions for the next step of the work: firstly, to carry out the ethnic work with heart and soul on a solid basis; secondly, to continue to carry out innovative work on a sound and colorful basis; thirdly, to further form a brand of the work on a fruitful basis.
In the next step, the Faculty of Letters will further raise its political position, take multiple measures to strengthen work innovation, promote the interaction, exchange and integration among students of various nationalities, forge a firm sense of the Chinese national community, show the style of ethnic minority students in the new era, and make a new contribution to the creation of a favorable atmosphere of national unity in which we can get along with each other, help each other in the same boat, and develop in a harmonious manner.
