The Voice of CCNU In order to earnestly implement the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the employment of college graduates, further promote the special action of "visiting enterprises to expand the posts and serve the employment", constantly deepen the reform of the talent training system, continue to improve the quality of talent training, and help graduates find high-quality and accurate employment, on the afternoon of April 28, Rao Yanping, deputy director of the Student Work Department of the Party Committee of CCNU, Chen Dejun, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Chemistry, and Wu Shuangxin, counselor, led 28 students of the College of Chemistry to visit enterprises in Qingshan District, which was aimed to understand the development status of enterprises and the latest talent needs of the market, further strengthen the cooperation between the college and enterprises, and provide more high-quality employment options for students of the College of Chemistry.
At the beginning of the activity, all teachers and students arrived at the Qingshan River Beach by bus. The staff from District Party Committee Organization Department, Human Resources Bureau and Talent Service Center of Qingshan District warmly received the visiting teachers and students. Huang Xiang, Vice Minister of the Organization Department of the District Party Committee, Cheng Hanping, Vice Minister, and other leaders of Qingshan District accompanied the afternoon visit.
The teachers and students visited the construction and development of Qingshan River Beach by sightseeing bus and went to Wuhan Institute of Photochemistry and Technology for a visit. During the event, Dong Hongming, Personnel Director of the Institute, introduced the institute's development history, technical talents, research fields and industry-university transformation.
Then, the teachers and students visited Sinopec-Sk (Wuhan) Petrochemical Company. The head showed the layout, developmental history and products of the park to the students in the enterprise exhibition hall. He also emphasized that the park has facilities such as a sewage treatment pond for feeding koi, a sky garden and a happiness library, reflecting the corporate purpose of "building a green factory, a smart factory and a happiness factory."
At the end of the event, the teachers and students visited Shenghua New Energy Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. Li Zhi, head of the company, introduced and showed the facilities of the production area and the central control room to the students. When introducing the rectification tower, Li Zhi investigated and questioned the students' basic knowledge of chemical engineering, and he stressed that the knowledge in the textbook must be learned thoroughly, and must be flexibly applied to the production practice. In addition, all the teachers and students also participated in the information session of Shenghua Company, to understand the overall picture of the development of the entire enterprise. After the meeting, Li Zhi answered the students' questions about the employment, salary and recruitment, and hoped that the students would be able to join Shenghua.
This activity of visiting enterprises to expand the posts not only laid the foundation for the future employment and development of the students of the College of Chemistry, but also set up a bridge between the college and enterprises, talents and enterprises.
