The Voice of CCNU. On the afternoon of August 28, the 2024 freshman reception work coordination meeting was held in the conference room on the first floor of the administration building. Heads of functional departments such as the school office, the party committee's publicity department, the party committee's student affairs department, the university's youth league committee, the undergraduate school, the graduate school, the logistics support department, the security department, and the university hospital, as well as relevant staff from the colleges, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Dong Zhixiong, the deputy director of the school office.
At the meeting, Li Xianling, Deputy Director of the Party Committee's Student Affairs Department, provided an overall introduction to the upcoming freshman reception work, including the schedule, the pick-up arrangements at "three stations and one airport," and the division of responsibilities among various functional departments. Subsequently, the relevant departments reported on their work preparations and anticipated and communicated issues that needed to be coordinated and resolved, in order to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the freshman reception work.
Since August, the Party Committee's Student Affairs Department has fully initiated the preparation for the freshman reception, integrating the concept of "education with warmth" throughout all aspects of the reception process. They have continuously optimized the service procedures and improved the quality of service, successfully completing the online room selection and registration for the freshmen of the class of 2024. Moving forward, the Party Committee's Student Affairs Department will strengthen collaborative coordination with all parties, enhance the connection of work, refine and solidify all preparations for the reception, and ensure that the enrollment and registration of the freshmen of the class of 2024 are efficient, stable, and orderly.
