The Voice of CCNU To establish a four-level psychological crisis intervention system of "dormitory-class-training unit-school" and improve the "last meter" in psychological crisis intervention work, the School of Information Management held the opening ceremony of the "Dormitory Partners" – 2024 Dormitory Leaders' Psychological Training in the N10001 Lecture Hall on the afternoon of November 15. Wang Tao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Information Management, Jiang Keming, Counselor for Undergraduates and Instructor of the e-Qi Mental Health Education Workstation, and Zhang Weihan, Part-time Counselor for Undergraduates, attended the event. Jiang Keming conducted a keynote lecture on "The Role and Positioning of Dormitory Leaders in College Students' Mental Health Work." The lecture began with a song warm-up, guiding dormitory leaders to relax and interact through light dancing. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, dormitory leaders gradually overcame their constraints and began to actively participate in various training sessions.

Jiang Keming emphasized the importance of dormitory atmosphere and used it as an entry point to discuss the crucial role of dormitory leaders in dormitory culture construction. She pointed out that dormitory leaders need to have a sensitive insight into the emotional changes of dormitory members, which not only helps maintain dormitory harmony but also enhances their personal abilities. With such a role positioning, dormitory leaders can better understand and support their roommates, jointly creating a positive and healthy living environment.

In addition, practical learning through role-playing scenarios was a highlight of this training. Dormitory leaders engaged in group discussions and role-playing around issues such as reversed sleep schedules, emotional distress due to failing exams, dormitory noise, and interpersonal relationships. By simulating real situations, they improved their ability to respond to psychological crises.
Through training videos, dormitory leaders learned about mental health knowledge and dormitory management skills, enhancing their understanding of mental health. On the afternoon of November 22, dormitory leaders of undergraduate and graduate dormitories took the graduation training examination in various examination rooms such as N306 and N308. During the examination, dormitory leaders pondered over the questions carefully, creating a quiet and serious atmosphere, which fully demonstrated their serious and responsible attitude towards the examination.
