The Devil Wears Prada was released in the United States on June 30, 2006. The film tells the story of a female college student who just left school and entered a top fashion periodical office as an assistant editor-in-chief. From her confusion at the beginning of her career to her own search for the root cause of the problem, she finally became an outstanding professional and fashionable person. Now, I’d like to talk something about this film from three aspects.
《穿普拉达的女王》于2006年6月30日在美国上映。该影片讲述一个刚离开校门的女大学生进入了一家顶级时尚杂志社当主编助理的故事，她从初入职场的迷惑到从自身出发寻找问题的根源最后成为了一个出色的职场与时尚的达人。现在，我想从三个方面谈谈对这部影片的感想与思考。
1. There are four kinds of people in the world: talented people, professionals, smart people and ordinary people.
Genius, Miranda, editor-in-chief, has a great understanding of certain fields (such as fashion), can reach the peak, but is weak in some fields (such as family). Genius is absolutely not a genius. God is fair.
Professional Nigel, senior editor, has a high professional competence for a job. Compared with genius, their goal is to surpass their peers, but the goal of genius is to create a new industry philosophy.
Intelligent person, Anne Hathaway's assistant Andy, has a quick grasp of working methods and can easily handle all kinds of jobs (such as journalist or editor-in-chief assistant). Smart people don't get to the top, but at least they can do it well. However, if they don't take it seriously enough, they always wander among ordinary people and keep changing jobs.
Ordinary people, you, me and all kinds of people played by him, complain about every job they do, and live a life of ease is the essence of life.
Miranda explains why she chose Andy as her assistant in this way:” "You don't have the size of No. 2 or the taste of fashion, but you have a beautiful resume, so I think you'll be smarter than those beautiful women." Only smart people like Miranda know that professional skills are used to frighten fools, and that smart people have no problem doing anything.
——Professionalism is just a ladder to career success. Once you have a smart inner and professional outer, it is equivalent to finding a ladder to career freedom.
1、这个世界上有天才、专业人士、聪明人、平凡人四类人。
天才——主编Miranda，对某一领域（如时尚）拥有极高的领悟力，可以登峰造极，却对某些领域（如家庭）软弱无力。天才绝对不是全才，上帝是公平的。
专业人士——高级编辑Nigel，对某项工作拥有极高的专业能力，与天才相比，他们的目标是超越同行，天才的目标却是创造新的行业哲学。
聪明人——助理Andy，对工作方法拥有快速的领悟力，可以轻松胜任各种工作（比如记者或主编助理）。聪明人不会登峰造极，但至少可以游刃有余，然而如果他们不够认真，他们就一直在平凡人中游荡，同时不停地换工作。
平凡人——你我他饰演的各色人等，对所做的每份工作都怨天尤人，得过且过是生活真谛。
Miranda是这样解释为什么选择了Andy作为她的助理的：“你既没有2号的身材，也没有时尚的品味，但是你有漂亮的简历，所以我认为你会比那些美女聪明点。”只有Miranda这样的聪明人才知道，专业技能只是用来吓唬笨蛋的，聪明人做什么都没问题。

2、专业主义的意思是，一般来说大部分专业看起来都很低级，但天才们可以让它很高级。

3. If you see a genius's job and think it's low-level, there are only two possibilities: either you're a genius, or you don't know what they're doing.
Andy was humiliated by Miranda, ran to Nigel and cried. Nigel said coldly, "Okay, then you can go. You think you're working as hard as you can, but you're just coping, not trying. So many people are working hard for this cause, but you don't care about it. Instead, you want your boss to kiss you on the forehead and reward you with a pentagon. Afterwards, Andy devoted herself to understanding what the fashion industry was, but eventually gave it up.
——You can criticize a job that is very low-level. After all, every job has its tragedy, but you have to fully understand it and be higher than it before you are qualified to speak, also, your speech will be meaningful at this time.
3、如果你看到了天才们的工作，却认为它很低级，那么只有两种可能：要么你也是天才，要么你根本不了解他们在做什么。
Andy被Miranda羞辱了一番，跑到Nigel面前哭诉，Nigel冷冰冰地说：“好啊，那你可以走啊。你以为你尽了全力在工作，其实你不过是在应付，而不是在努力。如此多的人在为这个事业拼命，你却它毫不关心，反而希望你的老板亲吻你的额头再赏你一颗五角星。”然后Andy认真投入，了解何为时尚产业，不过，最终还是放弃了它。
