Celebrating the 60th anniversary of Huaqiao University, the dean, Wang Eryi, and the associate dean, Jin Chengbin and the teacher of the Department of Painting, Ye Yangqiu and the adjunct Professor, Zeng Junyi that combined a delegation, went to Beijing to visit the representatives of some adjunct professors of our school during October 8-9, 2020. They were Secretary of the Party Group of the Chinese Artists Association and the Vice President of the association, Xu Li and the famous artists of the older generation, Shen Yaoyi, Hu Mingzhe and Wang Mingxian.

The Secretary, Xu Li listened patiently to the introduction of the dean, Wang Eryi, and the associate dean, Jin Chengbin on the preparation of the 60th Anniversary of our school and the current situation and development of the School of Fine Arts. Then Secretary Xu put forward a lot of valuable opinions and suggestions on the future development of CCNU and the School of Fine Arts. He also gladly accepted the invitation to the ceremony of our school and to serve as the honorary dean of the School of Fine Arts of Huaqiao University, which would greatly contribute to the construction of our school's aesthetic education and the long-term development of the School. And then, he inscribed the name of the School of Fine Arts.

Then, they went to visit Shen Yaoyi, Hu Mingzhe and Wang Mingxian one after another. The three artists tried their best to guide the future development of our School from many aspects, such as subject construction, teaching work, training overseas students, planning academic events, social work and diversified art creation. He also expressed his high expectations for the future development of CCNU and the School of Fine Arts and his willingness to help that of our CCNU and School.
