On the evening of December 28, 2021, reporting meeting of studying history of the Communist Party of China and the theme evening to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party in the preparatory course for ethnic minorities, named “appreciate the dedication of the Party, realize dreams in youth” was held successfully on the fifth floor of college student activity center. Liao Shuiming, executive deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the Party committee, Yang Jun, deputy director of the student work department and director of the affairs office of the Party committee, Jie Hui, Secretary of the Party committee of School of Public Administration, Wu Jiancheng, deputy director of the Student Work Department of the Party committee, Zeng Yan, deputy secretary of the Party committee of School of Public Administration, teachers of the Ethnic Affairs Office of the Student Work Department of the Party committee and all teachers and students of the 2021 preparatory course attended the event.
Marked by solemn national anthem, Party history study report officially began. First, Huang Shiyu, Secretary of the preparatory grade League branch, offered report and shared on the content, results and characteristics of Party history studying and gratitude education month activity, and said that all students should continue to carry forward the spirit of allegiant, elegant, artless, and stouthearted with gratitude from then, making unremitting efforts to realize the dream of socialist modernization.
Ma Xinman, a student of the preparatory grade, sang the praises of the selfless dedication of revolutionary martyrs, led students to remember the history and cherished the memory of our revolutionary martyrs, and cultivated the feelings of loving the Party, loving the republic, and loving socialism, around the heroic deeds of underground Party members, with the title of “a tribute to hidden guardians”. Massetti, a student of 2017 preparatory grade of School of Mathematics and Statistics, told his growth experience during four years in school as most exciting youth story and encouraged preppies to cultivate character, study hard, and promote their abilities, providing guidance for students to cherish the preparatory stage and actively integrating into the college life.
29 representatives of minority offered deepest singing, happiest dance, sincerest praise to great Party and motherland with gratitude, combined with deeds of revolutionary heroes of ethnic minorities, winning enthusiastic applause from audience at present.
Yang Jun pointed that it was meaningful that preparatory students held a series of activities, namely, knowing the history of Party, appreciating Party’s dedication, listening to Party and following Party, from which they could arouse belief, harvest enlightenment and acquire power so as to strengthen ambition, backbone and confidence to be a Chinese, and set up steadfast ideal of striving ahead for motherland and people. At the same time, he saluted wonderful performance of preparatory students in school, hoping that students could strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation, learn history of Party which is compulsory course of growth, cultivate morality, study hard and practice abilities for development of motherland and nation, contributing young force to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the achievement of Chinese Dream.
Then, Liao Yongming, Yang Jun and Jie Hui gave out easement as the representative of college and school, conveying deep care and warmth.
After reporting meeting of studying the history of Party, the theme evening to celebrate 100th anniversary of the founding of Party was held successfully. The evening party divided into three parts which was “advance bravely in memorable year“，”hope to accept changing for renaissance”, “set sail when the wind raises its sails”, led all students to make original aspiration clear and undertake their missions through excellent performance which had profound thoughts, abundant educational elements, youthful lively form, creating a cultural environment full of warmth, diligence, patriotism, and led students to further strengthen convictions of “listening to the Party and follow the Party” and actively study history of the Party as well as pass down red spirit which was ought to integrated into life so that students could better themselves constantly and meet better future holding progressive attitude.
So far, reporting meeting of studying history of the Communist Party of China and the theme evening to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party in the preparatory course for ethnic minorities, named “appreciate the dedication of the Party, realize dreams in youth” brought to a successful close.
