The Voice of CCNU On May 17, on the occasion of May 18 International Museum Day, a group of six members from the Political Work Office of the Air Force Early Warning Academy visited the museum and school history museum of our university, accompanied by the relevant person in charge of the Student Work Department of the Party Committee. Air Force Early Warning Academy and our school join hands to build a joint teaching and research base between military and local colleges, and this visit relies on the quality resources of our school, trying to promote the cultural co-education of the two schools.
From statues to paintings, from bronze to woof, accompanied by Director Liu Baoqing, the crowd listened to the volunteer docents, visited the Hall of Artifacts Collection, the Hall of Qian Jibo Donation, and the Hall of Calligraphy and Painting Collection, and gained a preliminary understanding of the past and present life of our university museum, its history and changes, the process of collection of cultural relics, and the construction ideas and milestones of the digital museum.
Enthralled by the museum's ancient and heavy atmosphere, the group took a group photo and then moved to the University History Hall to continue the tour. The lecturer took us back to the century-old heritage of Huazhong Normal University in three sections: "Impression of CCNU, 100 years of brilliance, and 10 years of leap", and revisited each period of the glorious history of CCNU and its outstanding deeds. The audience had a good conversation and deepened their understanding of the university's history and the design of the exhibition hall through detailed questions and answers, and paid tribute to the exemplary students who were rigorous in their studies and had their families in mind through their common memories.
Air Force Early Warning Academy personnel deepened their understanding of cultural relics, cultural and archaeological undertakings, and felt the profound historical deposits and cultural heritage of Huazhong Normal University as a century-old institution of learning through this visit. This joint teaching and research was based on the daily exchange activities, and was the practice and implementation of Xi Jinping’s strong military thought and the new era of military education policy.
