In order to further study and implement the spirit of the 20th Communist Party of China National Congress, and further strengthen the centripetal force, cohesion and combat effectiveness of the college’s student union of the Communist Youth League, on the afternoon of November 20th, the 2022 college’s mainstay of student union of the Communist Youth League quality outward development activity was carried out smoothly in Nanhu campus’s playground. This activity was organized by the Exchange and Practice Center of the student union of the college. All the students participated in the "Youth Leader Growth Workshop" of college’s Training Program for Young Marxists. Feng Haiyi, a student of the student union office of the college, presided over the activity.
Communicate to form a group and make concerted effort. At the beginning of the activity, the host introduced process and rules of the activity. The participants were randomly divided into ten groups, and each group was required to carry out "ice-breaking" communication activity among group members within 15 minutes. The referee randomly selected 3 people to answer relevant questions about other members in the group. Then, each group member had 15 minutes to brainstorm ideas and chose a group’s name and logo with group characteristics. After confirmation, write the group’s name, emblem and slogan on the distributed flags. Finally, each group had one minute to show the other groups their group’s name, logo and slogan.

Recall the history of Communist Party of China and make continual progress in all its undertakings. After formation of the group, the staff distributed cards to clock in, this activity took the group as a unit into the session of making continual progress in red blood, adhere to the root cast soul. Under the guidance of judges, the ten groups took part in four games to inherit the red spirit and test group cooperation, which were "crossing the iron rope bridge", "crossing the grass", "refusing to surrender to death", and "chicken feather letter in the firing line". The results were ranked according to time spent by groups. After fierce competition, the eighth group, the second group and the tenth group won the first, second and third place respectively, and won the exquisite prizes. The bottom three groups had their own talent show.

It's the end of the event. After the activity, all the members of the league took a group photo together.
This quality outward development activity enabled the mainstay of the college’s student union of the Communist Youth League to have a deeper understanding of the red gene of the Party, which was made in hard work, and rose in diligence and frugality. It showed the youth vitality like grass planted in rich soil and flourishing, and significantly enhanced the teamwork ability.
