October 23-26, hosted by the Department of Ideological and Political Work of the Ministry of Education, The training Center of Ideological and Political Work Team in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education (Central China Normal University), the Student Work Department of the Party Committee of CCNU, and the College of Urban and Environmental Science undertook the 410th National Ideological and Political Work demonstration training course of the Ministry of Education "Ideological Risk Research and Response work in Colleges and Universities" in the lecture hall on the first floor of Nanhu Complex Building.
Chen Deming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the University, Li Diao, deputy director of the Student Affairs Department of the Party Committee, Li Xianling, deputy director of the Student Affairs Department of the Party Committee, Li Zhixiong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Urban and Environmental Science, and 105 training students from Peking University, Xiamen University, Nankai University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and other institutions attended the opening ceremony.
In his speech, Chen Deming warmly welcomed the trainees who participated in the training. He introduced the basic situation of the Ideological and Political Work Team Training Center of the Ministry of Education (Central China Normal University) and the university to the participants. Based on the ideological work background of colleges and universities and the relevant arrangements of the training course, he put forward three hopes to all the participants. It is hoped that participants in the training should, first, adhere to deep learning and careful understanding, focus on learning and application, second, adhere to true faith and practice, practice excellent skills, and third, strengthen cooperation and integration to achieve the same direction.
This training includes 5 special presentations, 1 case teaching, 1 group discussion and 1 report exchange, which is rich in content and diverse in forms. The training course organized and carried out the "Strengthening the Management of Online Public Opinion, Maintain the security of Network Ideology, Firmly Grasp the Leadership of Ideology, Cognition and Practice of Ideological Work in the New Era, Characteristics and Coping Strategies of Current Ideological Work in Colleges and Universities, Counselors Should Strengthen the Value guidance of college Students in the New Era, and 1 case teaching with the theme of Public Opinion Risk in College Publicity Work.
In addition, the training also carried out group discussions and exchange of reports. Each group discussed the theme of "Ideological risk research and response in universities", and Du Wenbo from China University of Mining and Technology, Hou Mengxu from Peking University, Han Jixing from Zhengzhou Electric Power Vocational and Technical College, and Li Ming from China University of Petroleum (Beijing) made presentations on behalf of each group.
At the graduation ceremony, all the students watched the training video together and reviewed the training points and gains. Cao Hailong, deputy director of the Propaganda United Front Work Department of Kashgar Vocational and Technical College, shared the training experience as a representative of the students. He said that this training has deepened his understanding of ideological work, and he will continue to strengthen the depth and breadth of learning in the future, do ideological work with more enthusiasm, constantly strengthen the transformation of ideological learning results, grasp the key points, do practical work, and ensure the safety of the campus ideological field.
Li Diao presented the graduation certificates to the student representatives and delivered a concluding speech at the graduation ceremony. In his speech, Mr. Li Diao fully affirmed the work of this training course, and further clarified the purpose and direction of efforts for the follow-up work development of the participants and the center from three aspects: strengthening skills, innovating paths and promoting development. He sincerely hopes that everyone will apply what they have learned, thought and gained from this training to practical work, reflect the learning effect into work practice, effectively improve the scientific level of ideological work in colleges and universities, and promote the ideological work in colleges and universities to a higher level, and also hope to take CCNU as a node to enhance the exchange of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
