Liu Wenjuan first revealed the severe situation of current telecommunications network fraud through a set of data. She pointed out that with the development of the Internet, the number of telecommunications network fraud cases continuously increased, the amount involved continuously rose, the difficulty of solving cases increased, and it was more difficult to retrieve the money. She reminded that college students had become one of the main victims of fraud. Liu Wenjuan further introduced the three steps of fraud: first, obtaining personal information through illegal means and establishing a relationship with the victim, then inciting the victim’s emotions such as fear, guilt, and greed, and finally secretly blackmailing money. In combination with cases, she introduced eight types of fraud models, including impersonating website customer service, and provided solutions for various types of fraud , emphasized the necessity of asking the police for help when facing difficulties.\

Aiming at the group of college students, Hu Chengrui introduced the fire safety issues in the laboratory. He emphasized the importance of personal protection and fire prevention in the laboratory. He made students aware of the fragility of life through video examples and emphasized that preventing fires is sometimes more important than extinguishing them. It only takes three minutes and twenty seconds for a fire to engulf life. Through this, Hu Chengrui explained in detail how to correctly report a fire, the scope and methods of using fire extinguishers, as well as the “four abilities” of fire safety, the “principle of proximity” for emergency firefighting, and the twelve character policy of “low posture, shallow breathing, handrail support, and downward direction” for evacuation. Finally, he answered the questions raised by the students in detail.
