On the afternoon of June 12, 2024, the pilot work promotion meeting of the "one form" comprehensive quality assessment system for students of Central China Normal University was successfully held. The meeting was held in conference Room 203 of the University Student Activity Center, aiming to discuss and exchange the preliminary results, current progress and future deployment of the pilot work of "one form" comprehensive quality evaluation of students. Tan Dongxia, Deputy Director of the Information Office, Bao Xinlong, Deputy Director of the student work Department of the Party Committee, Liu Feng, teacher of the student work Department of the Party Committee, Yu Lin, teacher of the information Office, counselors of the pilot college, and the person in charge of the pilot project attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Tan Dongxia made the point that students' "one form" comprehensive quality evaluation system is the collection and display of students' whole life cycle data in the school, and it is an important part of the school's digital transformation work. Promoting the implementation of this project will not only provide convenience for students, but also improve the quality and efficiency of the work of teachers in the front line of education. It is hoped that the pilot colleges can play an effective role in broadening application scenarios and effectively landing projects. After that, Liu Feng provided a comprehensive overview of the students' "one form" comprehensive quality assessment system's current work progress. It included the basic situation of this project, demand research, construction content, construction period, and guarantee mechanism, and explained the label of students' "one form" evaluation. Representatives from the School of Education, the School of Public Administration, the School of Fine Arts and the School of Life Sciences shared their experiences and suggestions in promoting the digital transformation of students' comprehensive quality assessment.
In conclusion, Bao Xinlong affirmed the results of the previous work, and stressed the importance and urgency of the digital transformation of students' comprehensive quality evaluation. He asked the pilot colleges to attach importance to this work, the goal should be clear, the measures should be strong, and the effect should be predictable. They ought to work together to contribute to the implementation of the students' "one form" comprehensive quality evaluation system and the success of the digital transformation of students' work.
