College News | College of Urban and Environmental Sciences Held the 2025 Undergraduate Graduates Employment Promotion Mobilization Meeting

In order to further help students clarify their employment goals, do a good job of graduation employment planning, enhance the motivation and skills of employment, and lay a solid foundation for the upcoming graduation employment, on the afternoon of June 28, the College of Urban and Environmental Sciences held a mobilization conference for the employment of graduates of 2025, and Wang Manyu, the undergraduate counselor of 2021, gave a lecture, and the undergraduate students of 2021 participated.




College of Urban and Environmental Sciences 2025 undergraduate employment promotion mobilization will be divided into five parts: recent matters, teaching matters, graduation matters, employment matters, and grade matters. After emphasizing the arrangement of microteaching, field practice and professional internship in the primary school, Wang Manyu launched safety education for all members, and told students to be the first responsible person for their own health and protect their personal and property safety.


In view of graduation related matters, Wang Manyu combined with the relevant requirements of talent training program, emphasized to the students important matters such as time node, graduation certificate and degree certificate review conditions, education and teaching ability assessment of normal university students, and graduate image collection, sorted out graduation related matters for the students, and reminded the students to pay attention to details and make plans.


In view of employment-related matters, Wang Manyu introduced various ways of employment for the students, and advocated that the students establish a correct view of employment and career choice, plan in advance and actively prepare. She systematically explained the graduate employment procedures, job search subsidy policy, grass-roots employment policy, campus recruitment and employment education system, to help students understand employment guidance and services, and prepare for job hunting.


The mobilization meeting also introduced the career guidance and service work carried out by the Jingwei Learning Development Center of the College and the "Jingwei" career studio in the next year to provide help for the development of graduates. In recent years, College of Urban and Environmental Sciences has continuously improved the quality of talent training and taken multiple measures to promote full and high-quality employment of graduates. The College will take this conference as an opportunity to continue to hold a series of activities such as teacher afternoon tea, skills UP camp, and Jingwei job search training camp to enhance students' professional skills and employability, strengthen students' career development planning and employment guidance services, and help students better find jobs.
