In the process of university students' job hunting, a high-quality resume is of great importance. In order to help students better show their advantages and enhance their competitiveness in employment and job hunting, on June 17, 19:00, the 10th activity course "Resume Modification Workshop" of "Heart Power · Happy Night" was successfully held in the party group activity room of the One-stop Student Community Service Center (East 18). This activity was lectured by Xu Chenyang, the outstanding instructor of the University Student Career Planning Competition and the counselor of the School of Life Science, which attracted a total of 10 students signed up to participate.
At the beginning of the activity, Teacher Xu Chenyang read the resumes that students have made one by one, and emphasized the common problems that should be paid attention to in making resumes. Then, an excellent resume sample is shown to the students, and how to make a high-quality resume is explained systematically and comprehensively from the aspects of the resume photo selection, the color style, the module distribution, the content elaboration, and the emphasis.
After that, Teacher Xu Chenyang gave one-to-one guidance to students' resumes and revised them patiently. Students also shared their experience in making resumes and recommended exquisite resume templates and convenient resume optimization platforms to each other.
Afterwards, the students revised their resumes according to the teacher's guidance and modification suggestions. After the modification, Teacher Xu Chenyang reviewed everyone's resumes again and proposed further modification suggestions to make everyone's resumes more perfect and beautiful. During the activity, the students had a face-to-face communication with the teacher about their doubts and difficulties in making resumes. The atmosphere on the scene was extremely warm and the discussion was definitely in-depth. All of them said that through the teacher's guidance and modification, their resumes were more perfect, and they benefited a lot from this activity.
This activity course "Resume Modification Workshop" of "Heart Power · Happy Night" in the One-stop Student Community Service Center (East 18) has built a professional and practical platform for students, which can not only provide professional resume production guidance, help students optimize job resume, but also provide strong support for students to improve the success rate of job hunting in the future and provide a new journey into the workplace.
