Huang Yining, with the theme of "Educate yourself first, Grow together with Life - Project Guidance and Operation of the" Challenge Cup "National College Students Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition", combined with her own research and leading team experience, shared the content of "Preparation for the Challenge Cup" and "Leading the participating team". First of all, in the process of preparing for the competition, Huang Yining proposed that counselors should be curious, diligent in thinking, and find and solve problems from work; We must face up to challenges and difficulties, and believe that "solutions are always more than difficulties"; It is necessary to know people well, teach students according to their aptitude, and constantly improve the ability of resource mobilization and integration. Secondly, when leading the team, it is necessary to focus on educating people, combine the college's talent training situation and disciplinary background, and seize the backbone of students to promote team building and better promote the growth of students. Finally, Huang Yining concluded with Nietzsche's famous words, encouraging all counselors to learn from students and be a "young person", "actor" and "leader".
