As a government-sponsored normal student, Wang Jiarui mentioned that the biggest difficulty he encountered in the Teacher Skills Competition was teaching posture and expression during the lecture, and the key to overcoming these difficulties was not to see oneself as an object of scrutiny, but to place oneself in the main position and do well. Regarding his future teaching career, Wang Jiarui believes that one must have a solid knowledge base and face opportunities and challenges with heart. Li Keyu, who won the bronze award in the University Career Planning Competition, shared that the core of doing well in this competition is to clarify one's career goals and firm one's career motivation.
