The Voice of CCNU On December 13, the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Hubei Provincial Graduate Moral Education Research Association was held at Wuhan University. Relevant leaders and representatives from 31 universities and research institutions in Hubei Province participated in the meeting. Su Chunyan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Education of our university, Long Fengxiang, the instructor of the Party branch of the "Hundred Villages Observation" platform of the Institute of Politics and National Governance, and Party members of the branch were invited to attend.
In the morning, the Second Hubei Provincial Forum on Cultivating Newcomers of the Times was held at Luojia Villa of Wuhan University. Based on the characteristic work of the "Huajiao Classroom" tutoring studio of the School of Education, Su Chunyan delivered a keynote speech titled "Taking Digital Volunteer Teaching as a Starting Point to Innovate a New Path for Online Ideological and Political Education". Combining with the actual work, Su Chunyan put forward the idea of focusing on "three major goals", using digital volunteer teaching as a driving force to enhance the leading power of ideological and political education; implementing "three mechanisms", using digital volunteer teaching as a carrier to improve the cohesion of ideological and political education; and giving play to "three major effects", taking digital volunteer teaching as a starting point to demonstrate the influence of ideological and political education.
In the afternoon, the final of the "Youth Devoted to the Party, Keeping the Original Aspiration, Vowing to Serve the Country and Shouldering the Mission" Hubei Provincial Graduate Party Branch Elegance Competition came to an end at the Humanities and Sciences Hall of Wuhan University. Members of the Party branch of the "Hundred Villages Observation" platform of the Institute of Politics and National Governance of our university participated in the competition as representatives of the school and won the third prize.
The final consisted of two sessions: dynamic innovation display and practical skills display. Ten graduate Party members of our university choreographed and performed a stage scene play titled "Taking Root", telling the story of students from the Institute of Politics going deep into the grassroots, providing intellectual support for local development, and contributing youthful strength to the Hubei practice of Chinese - style modernization. Zheng Jiajun, the organization member of the Party branch of the "Hundred Villages Observation" platform, answered questions on typical cases on - site, combining the characteristics of the Party building work of the Institute of Politics and the advantages of the first - class discipline construction of political science, demonstrating the youthful elegance of the postgraduate students of Central China Normal University.
