They plan to continue strengthening communication with students to help them adapt to university life more quickly. Huang Si, advisor for the class of 2023, organized activities such as personal goal planning and sharing sessions on political science study methods to guide students in making reasonable plans for the future based on their interests. Ding Yu and Hu Yun, advisors for the class of 2022, said that after understanding the students' graduation plans, they have systematically held experience-sharing sessions and study exchanges on postgraduate entrance examination, civil service examination, and other topics to help students clarify their career directions and make study plans. Zhang Bichun and Zhu Xiaoli, advisors for the class of 2021, emphasized the importance of paying close attention to students' psychological conditions and helping them solve academic, life, and psychological problems through individual communication sessions to relieve stress and resolve issues, promoting students' personal growth. Han Ruibo and Zhao Ningning, advisors for the class of 2020, shared their experience, stating that they should guide students to not only consolidate their professional foundations but also actively participate in student affairs and social practice to enrich their extracurricular activities, broaden employment opportunities, and improve the quality of further education.

Deputy Secretary Pan Guangwei expressed that the work of class advisors is complex and arduous. He commended the effectiveness of the class advisor work in 2024 and hoped that teachers would continue to advance their work in accordance with policy documents while constantly improving themselves to achieve mutual growth between teaching and learning. He also put forward three suggestions for further improving class advisor work: First, focus on ideological guidance and adhere to "explaining politics with academic insights"; second, focus on students' high-quality development, guide them towards further education, and build confidence in their majors and employment; third, focus on creating work brands based on individual professional characteristics and research strengths.

Secretary Yan Lili summarized the meeting by expressing her appreciation and gratitude to the class advisors for their hard work and achievements over the past year. She emphasized that class advisors are the backbone of the school's moral education and the main force in conducting ideological and political education among college students. The exchange meeting fully demonstrated that the class advisors have a clear understanding of the students' situations, accurately grasp key issues, and set good examples, reflecting the strong working ability and high professional quality of the class advisor team. Yan Lili encouraged all teachers to continue to devote themselves to class advisor work with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, contributing to students' ideological and political education and the school's talent cultivation efforts.

The school has always attached great importance to the construction of the class advisor team. Through measures such as selecting and strengthening class advisors, establishing a class advisor working mechanism, regularly organizing professional training, and ensuring work benefits, the school actively leverages the role of class advisors in ideological and political education, gathers educational forces, and implements the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and talent, contributing to the cultivation of top-tier political science talents.
