Christmas is around the corner. Every year all the brand companies compete to design creative and eye-catching posters in this time. With some elements about Christmas in the poster, they manage to distinguish their own brand characteristics among numerous brands and promote their products. Today, I will introduce several innovative Christmas’ posters which have been designed formerly, for realizing the novel ideas and considerate design behind the posters.
圣诞节又快到了。每年的这时候,各大品牌公司都争相设计有创意、夺人眼球的海报,希望借助其中的圣诞节元素,在众多品牌中,不着痕迹地突出自己的品牌特色,达到宣传各自品牌的效果。今天我将介绍以往圣诞节中出现的,有创意的圣诞节海报,感受海报文案背后的创意和良苦用心。
Connecting the image of Christmas tree and features of its products is commonly seen. For example, the poster which is created by “Starbucks”. The bright red cup and Christmas-tree-shaped cream link with Christmas appropriately, and on the cup stands out the logo “Starbucks”. While the slogan is featureless—”The holiday drinks are here.”
最常见的是结合产品特点,巧用圣诞树做创意。例如“星巴克”推出的海报。红色的杯身和做成圣诞树形状的奶油都很好地结合了圣诞节的元素,杯身的“Starbucks”标志突出了产品。文案就比较中规中矩了——“在这里有圣诞节的饮品。”

The second poster comes from “Tide”. Similarly, this poster combines Christmas tree and its products—the drawing tree on the shirt. But the most amusing part is that we can imagine a story from this poster: Maybe he is an officer, wearing a white shirt. Unfortunately, a Christmas-tree-shaped stain, stained by his pen accidentally, remains on the shirt, and makes him worried but helpless. Eventually, “Tide” solves this problem and talks to him “wishing you a white Christmas” All of things mentioned above leave a simple but endless feeling to us.
第二张海报来自“汰渍”。这张海报也恰当地结合了圣诞树元素——画在衬衫上的圣诞树,但最有趣的是观者能从一张海报中勾勒出一个故事:他可能是一个穿着白衬衫的工作人员,不小心把圆珠笔印记留在了衬衫上,他也许很苦恼但也无可奈何,但“汰渍”帮他解决了麻烦,最后送给他一句祝福“希望你有一个‘洁白’的圣诞节”。海报简单却又回味无穷。
Some brands choose the image of Christmas hat to advertise products. Like the poster from “AB InBev”, the excellent head of beer foam shapes into a Christmas hat, along with its concise slogan—“Merry Christmas”,leaves a sense of briskness.
有的品牌借助圣诞帽来宣传产品。例如“百威英博”推出的海报,啤酒泡沫顶恰到好处地化成了圣诞帽的形状,再配上简单的文案—— “圣诞快乐!”给观者一种清新自然的感受。

Other brands borrow the image of Santa Claus to promote products. Such as “Hellmann’s” from German. On the poster, mayonnaise gluing on the spoon shapes a face of Santa Claus—white beard and eyebrow—makes it chic. And attach its squiggling slogan, ”Hellmann’s, the only mayonnaise for Christmas.
还有的品牌借助圣诞老人来宣传产品。例如德国的“Hellmann’s”。勺子上的蛋黄酱幻化成一张圣诞老人的脸——白胡子和白眉毛,显得新颖别致,附上一句花体的文案,”Hellmann’s,圣诞节唯一的蛋黄酱“

Additionally, other brands, like JD, Meizu and Didi, design their creative posters and slogans. For the limited length, I cannot introduce more. Christmas is approaching, so let’s look forward to those innovative posters!
