On May 2, 2021, the alumni association of the College of Economics & Business Management was found. The meeting was successfully held in Youming Gymnasium. Zhao Lingyun, Secretary of the Party committee of CCNU, Zha Daoli and Chen Diming, deputy Secretary of the Party committee of CCNU, vice principal Peng Shuangjie attended the founding meeting. And the meeting was presided over by Lie Yaohua, Secretary of the Party committee of the College.
2021年5月2日，经济与工商管理学院校友会成立。会议在佑铭体育馆成功举行。校党委书记赵凌云，校党委副书记查道林、陈迪明，副校长彭双阶出席成立大会。会议由学院党委书记聂耀华主持。
I was pleasured that I was a volunteer for the founding meeting. After a whole day’s preparation and training, around 80 volunteers were qualified to be selected out to serve for the meeting and witness the founding of the alumni association.
我很高兴我是成立大会的志愿者。经过一整天的准备和培训，约80名合格志愿者被选拔出来为会议服务，见证校友会的成立。
We were asked to arrive at the gate of Youming Gymnasium at 7 o’clock, so I got up that day at 6 a.m. I started my work before I even had breakfast. I was firstly responsible for the signature wall, then a teacher told us the guiding place still needed one person, and I offered myself to take over the work. Why did I describe it as “offer myself”? Because the day before the founding day I haven’t accepted any training about guiding. I was indeed a little nervous at first, but a very kind senior briefly told me how to guide the alumni to enter into the conference hall. With the exercise and reflection again and again, I found that I did gradually work with higher and higher proficiency.
我们被要求在7点钟到达佑铭体育馆门口，所以我那天早上6点就起床了。我甚至还没吃早饭就开始工作了。我先是负责签名墙，后来一位老师告诉我们指导处还需要一个人，我自告奋勇提出要接手这项工作。为什么我把它描述成“自告奋勇”呢？因为校友会成立的前一天我还没有接受过任何关于引导处的培训。一开始我确实有点紧张，但一位非常好的学长简要地告诉我要怎么引导校友进入会场。经过一次又一次的练习和反思，我发现自己做这份工作越来越得心应手。
The reunite of these alumni was uneasy and was worth recording. I was honourable to be one of the witnesses of the founding of the alumni association.
这些校友的重聚很不容易，是值得记录地。我很荣幸成为校友会成立的见证人之一。
