On the afternoon of February 12th , I followed the hot search news and opened the video of Henan Spring Festival Gala. I was overjoyed that my hometown had received more and more praise and admiration. Meanwhile, I was also curious about what kind of exclusive memories about Henan would be included in the show.
新年的午后，我跟着频频冲上热搜的新闻，打开了河南春晚的视频。我为自己家乡受到了越来越多的好评与赞叹而欣喜，同时也好奇我们的春晚会收录怎样的关于河南的独家记忆。
The feast for soul was over, the program "Medical Staff in Armor" stirred my heart. Three operas including Henan Opera "Lady General Mu Takes Command", Huangmei Opera "Marriage of the Fairy Princess”and Henan Opera "Hua Mulan”combined distinct Henan characteristics with other classical culture together. Three stories showed the touching scenes during the anti-epidemic period. Traditional culture and modern stories echoed with each other. Without popular stars, old artists together with the people composed the exciting programs.
一场心灵盛宴结束，节目《白衣执甲》激起我心中的波澜。三段戏曲豫剧《穆桂英挂帅》，黄梅戏《天仙配》，豫剧《花木兰》，将河南特色与经典文化结合。三个故事，把抗疫时期的感人片段展现。传统文化与现代故事相呼应。没有明星流量，老艺术家与人民携手，谱写出撼动人心的出彩节目。
Director Wang Chaoge said that there might be two impressions when we thought of Henan: history and people in Henan. From the textbook, you knew that the carapace-bone-script and the Song Dynasty all originated from here. Also people in Henan were very gentle, introverted, sincere and warm.
导演王潮歌说，河南对于我们来说，可能有两个印象：历史，河南人。从上学读课本你就知道，甲骨文，宋朝文明都是从这里有的；河南人呢，他们温和，内敛，非常敦厚，非常热情。
When I was a child, I didn't know that the world was far more than Henan. After entering the senior high school, I went to more places and met more students. Only then did I know that not everyone knew Zhengzhou was in Henan. It was us who cared about the situation of our hometown the most. Whenever the train started, the invisible link would lead to my infinite homesickness. I often worried about the brainless regional discrimination would slander my beloved Henan, but I gradually realized that my hometown was growing far better than I had imagined.
小的时候，我不知道河南以外，世界还有很远。到了高中，跑得地方多了，见的同学多了，才知道，郑州在河南，并不是所有人都清楚，家乡的境况，乡人才最关切。每当火车开动，那根无形的纽带，便会牵引起我无限的思乡之情。我时常担心无脑的地域黑把我所爱的河南中伤，却发现，我的家乡远比我想象的成长得更好。
During the epidemic period, the hard core prevention and control measures in Henan set an example for all the provinces. On the eve of new year, the Zhengzhou east railway station was mentioned in the short sketch on the Spring Festival Gala……Henan is the fertile land of the culture of the central plains, and now it is also striding forward. The reason why it is developing better and better is that people in Henan always stick to the same belief with the Chinese people, and Henan is always proud of the motherland. I wish my hometown and my motherland a better future.
疫情间河南的硬核防控成为各省标杆，除夕之夜郑州东站在春晚小品中被提起……河南本就是中原文化丰厚的沃土，如它今亦大步向前。而其之所以愈来愈好，是因为河南人始终与国人坚守共同的信念，河南始终以祖国为骄傲。愿家乡与祖国的明天更加美好。
