According to the Voice of CCNU’ s dispatch, on Nov. 5, the meeting concerning One Heart with Two Loops Organization construction of DCES was held in Class 601, Building 10. Secretary of Youth League Committee Song Fayi, Vice President of Graduate Student Union Zhao Yang, Deputy Secretary of Youth League Committee Li Dongxin, President of Student Union Cheng Huizhao, and other directors attended the meeting, which was hosted by Head of Community Department Zhang Piao.
After some brief self introductions, everyone attending the meeting talked about the organization profile, the difficulties, the outlook, etc. Zhao Yang said, “there are lots of academic lectures, so we set up more positions specifically for Academy Department. ” Cheng Huizhao said One Heart with Two Loops Organization is developing continuously, and has set up many special groups.
Hu Meiling talked about the activity of freshmen taking a trip in CCNU at the beginning of this semester which catered to students’ needs. Head of Reception Team Zhu Xi said that the point of Reception Team is to meet the needs of reception and hoped there would be more opportunities for the members of Reception Team.
President of Marine Knowledge Association Han Xu said, “ to construct a maritime power, it is urgent for us to enrich our marine knowledge. Our purpose is to disseminate the marine knowledge, and to raise public awareness of loving and protecting the ocean.” President Sun Ran also said that students are inexperienced in organizing large-scale activities, so they are looking for help and guidance.
After that, Song Yifa explained the relevant information of One Heart with Two Loops Organization in Implementation Plan of College Communist Youth League Reform, pointing out that Party leadership is the political guarantee for the development of each student organization, and students ought to Improve political standing and guard against ideological risks.
Meanwhile, Mr. Song promised to offer relevant instructions and made some requests. Firstly, follow the rules. Strictly observe the student organizations related rules and processes made by Chinese Communist Youth League Committee. Secondly, raise awareness of security. We should keep alert when contacting strangers, refuse suspicious funding activities, beware of our belongings when we are out,etc. Thirdly, appeal to students to take an active part in organizing. And carry it out according to students’ needs. Every director shared their opinions concerning organization construction.
