Contribute to Youth Wisdom the 4th Campus Research Contest Provides Suggestions for School Development

Online News of CCNU(Correspondent Lu Junlin) On October 17, the final of the fourth campus research contest of our school named "Centennial Journey Reflects the Original Heart, Suggestions and Strategies to Start a New Journey" was held in the studio on the fifth floor of the University Student Activity Center. Vice chancellor Peng Shuangjie, heads of related units such as School Office, Party Committee Propaganda Department, Political Research Section, Undergraduate School (Party Committee Student Affairs Department), Graduate School (Party Committee Graduate Affairs Department), Science and Technology Department, Logistics Support Department, Security Department, School Youth League Committee, Library, the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence Education and the School of Sociology attended the event.



This year's competition had set up five research themes: "Education and Teaching", "Campus Culture", "Management Service", "Four History Education", and "Team Optional", attracting 85 undergraduate representative teams and 6 graduate students representative teams to participate. After screening by the judges, nine teams from College of Teachers Education, Law School, School of Chinese Language and Literature, College of Economics & Business Management, College of Marxism, School of Sociology, School of Life Science, and School of psychology entered the finals and competed for the first and second prizes. The final includes "exhibition", "politics" and "comment". The nine teams were divided into three groups, focusing on topics such as teacher ethics education, on-campus battery car charging, anti-telecom fraud, campus red culture, campus takeaway lost, insufficient supply of library sockets and food waste in canteens, which wound respectively show their research results .






In Peng Shuangjies concluding speech, he pointed out that the campus research contest fully showed the image of the young people in the new time that the Chinese Central Normal University students can do and have doned. It is the specific measures that the school to do practical things and do well for the students and it also builds a high-quality bridge for communication between the school and the students. He hoped that the majority of young students and relevant units in the school would achieve three "practices": the first is to promote trust by competitions, make practical achievements and take the campus research competition as an opportunity to actively participate in the development of the school, society and the country; the second is to promote research by competitions, make practical ways, organically combine professional theoretical learning with innovative research and practice, and actively pay attention to and participate in the school's teaching, scientific research, management, service and other work; the third is to promote actions by competitions to see practical results, and all units of the school should exactly practice the "student-oriented" concept, actively respond to the demands and problems raised by the students in this competition, and do practical work and solve difficulty problems for all students.


After review, the Song Shiyu team of School of Chinese Language and Literature and the Zhang Libo team of Law School won the first prize in the competition, and the other teams won the second prize. This competition effectively enhanced the sense of responsibility and attention of our school’s students to the development and construction of the school, and contributed youth wisdom and student strength to the development of the school’s running career.
