Singing the melody of youth and writing sports movements.From October 23rd to October 24th, the College of Chemistry participated in the "Welcome Cup" basketball tournament in the western district basketball stadium of Central China Normal University.After two days of fierce competition, our contestants performed well and fully demonstrated their elegant demeanor.
Before the tournament, our contestants made use of their spare time to train hard under the guidance of the coaches and actively prepared for the tournament, gradually improving their sense of teamwork and cohesion in mutual bonding so that they could be fully prepared for the tournament.During the tournament, the contestants shed sweat and united as one, transforming the results of their training for days into their best performance for the tournament. They cooperated with each other, passed the ball tacitly, shot accurately, and the fierce and attractive tournament won the applause of the audience.The players always adhered to the tenet of "Friendship First, Competition Second", observed the rules of the game, obeyed the referee, and respected their opponents, fully demonstrating the positive spirit of our students and the quality of their all-round development.
In the end, the tournament came to a successful conclusion at the western district basketball stadium after many rounds of selection and fierce competition. Though the basketball tournament has come to an end, the warm spring flowers were in bloom and the wonderful young people would not stop: surpassing the person you were yesterday is success, and fighting as hard as you can is heroic.
The tournament provided a good platform to promote communication for all colleges. In addition, it helped to enrich the after-school cultural life of the students, enhance their cohesion and centripetal force, and help the college to create a positive atmosphere of unity and the spirit of struggle.
