"Virtue, this is the root". The branch insists on strengthening the ideal and belief education of Youth League members, guiding them to establish correct values and cultivate noble moral feelings. On September 27th, the "Welcome National Day · Learn School Rules" teachers and students exchange meeting and the "Promoting Integrity Campus Culture· Aspiring to Become a New People of the Era" theme group day activity start-up meeting was held, Youth League members seriously studied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on youth, studied the school rules and disciplines and guided students to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, strengthen their political beliefs, and clarify their goals in life. On October 1, the branch organized a trip to Boone Library to participate in the school's National Day flag raising ceremony, and participated in the "I take a photo with the national flag" activity, inspiring students' patriotism spirit and national pride. During the 110th anniversary of the victory of the Revolution of 1911, Young League members were organized to watch the movie "The Revolution of 1911", visited red tourist attractions such as The Memorial Museum of 1911 Revolution tourist and the "February 7th" Memorial Museum, paid tribute to the revolutionary martyrs, and cultivated the feelings of family and country. In order to create a strong academic atmosphere in the class, and form a good class style of unity, mutual assistance, and happy to learn and think, the branch invited the dean of Law School and the dean of College of Economics & Business Management to recommend professional classic books for students, and organized students to seriously select and study, conducted seminars and exchange activities around professional bibliographies at selected time to consolidate professional knowledge. The Youth League secretary Zhou Shuo, cultural and sports committee Wang Zhixuan and other class committees organized public basic subjects learning exchanges meeting. On October 18th and November 14th, they separately launched 30 days of English vocabulary check-in and weekly advanced mathematics learning exchange meetings to help students master the correct learning methods and develop good learning habits.

Yang Tao, associate professor of the Law School, and Guo Jun, an outstanding young discipline inspection cadre in Wuhan, were invited to make special exchange speeches.
