On the evening of December 12, aimed at implementing the fundamental task of establishing moral education, further strengthening the construction of academic style and examination style, and cultivating students' awareness of self-management, the meeting for students of Grade 2021 of the School of Chinese Language and Literature on the theme of "Integrity in Exams and Academic Researches" was successfully held in the teaching building.
The activity was presented by Zhao Na and Shu Jiaxin, the counselors of students of Grade 2021 of the School of Chinese Language and Literature, and all students of Grade 2021 participated in the meeting. The theme education activity was divided into two parts: "Integrity in the Examination" and "Academic Researches", in order to help the students establish the concept of integrity in exams and the value of establishing themselves by virtue, as well as better understand the rules and regulations of CCNU, consciously obey good examination disciplines and enhance the awareness of abiding by discipline, so as to finally "trust with sincerity and win with faith", practice and carry forward the core socialist values.

At the beginning of the activity, the two counselors took the case of "cheating on exams at North University of China" as an example and showed the students various views of people in the society on this incident, inspiring everyone to think. The students actively participated in the interaction and expressed their opinions one after another.

In the first part, "Integrity in the Examination", the counselors gave examples to explain the seriousness of the consequences of cheating, which helped everyone have a deeper understanding of the connotation and significance of the integrity in the examination and was conducive to the students to create a pragmatic style of study that was proud of integrity activities and ashamed of cheating under the guidance of morality and the constraints of law.

Integrity in the examination is only the most basic step for students. In the future, students will face all kinds of temptations and tests about integrity, and the faithful and true academic research is the bottom line that scholars need to abide by. Based on this, in the second part of "Academic Researches", the counselor took the event of "Zhai Tianlin didn't know what the CNKI was and was suspected of his academic fraud" as an example to warn the students to be honest in the process of making academic researches and resolutely eliminate ghostwriting, plagiarism, academic fraud, etc. The Counselor's earnest teaching made the students deeply aware of the despicability and shame of academic misconduct, and the idea of trusting with sincerity, winning with faith and cultivating morality was rooted in the hearts of students.

The activity on the theme of “Integrity in Exams and Academic Researches” contributed to promoting the construction of the heathy style of study and attitude to the examination for students of Grade 2021 of School of Chinese Language and Literature, helping the concept of diligent study, practice and integrity go deep into the hearts of the students. Nothing can be accomplished without integrity; no business can prosper without faith. We hope that the students will establish the value of taking exams with integrity and being honest, strive to be a new youth with both morality and wisdom!
