In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and draw wisdom and strength from the hundred years of party history, class 2003 of College of Marxism held a youth League Day activity themed "Study and Implement the Spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee" in the lecture hall on the 3rd floor of Building 1 from 20:20 to 21:10 on December 22nd, 2021. The homeroom teacher Meng Fei and all the students of class 2003 attended this activity.
The activity is divided into two parts, the first part is teacher Meng Fei's lecture on "A New Leap of Marxism in China — Interpretation of the Spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee", the second part is the game of "Drum to Pass Flowers and New Year's Wishes".
Firstly, Teacher Meng fei gave a brief overview of the importance of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th and its background. Then teacher Meng fei gave detailed interpretation from three angles including "systematically elaborating the Marxism leap three times in China, scientifically summing up the different historical periods of the party's task, comprehensively concluding ten precious historical experience which was accumulated in centennial struggle of China" It emphasized that the thought system of Xi Jinping of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is a unique historical leap, and included four stories, including "the century-old Olympic dream, the century-old spaceship dream, the century-old World Expo dream, and the dream of that everyone has food to eat", calling on students to study and implement the connotation of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
Then came the second part "Drum to Pass Flowers and New Year's wishes". After the class committee handed out oranges and cakes, students wrote down their wishes and names for 2022 on white paper. The students who played the drum to pass flowers were randomly selected to help students realize their New Year's wishes. After several rounds of games, the students' wishes of "drinking a cup of warm milk tea in winter" and "eating Wuhan food" were all satisfied.
At the end of the activity, all students took a photo with their teacher. At this point, the activities successfully ended. Young people in the new era should thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, conduct their studies with sincerity, work hard and forge ahead with determination, draw inspiration and nourishment from the major achievements of the Party's centennial struggle, as well as sharpening their sense of responsibility from the Spiritual lineage of the Party.
