We have determined that we will be engaged in full-time counselor work in colleges and universities in the future, but the specific situation of each person is different, combined with the conditions and requirements of recruitment of counselors at all levels and types of colleges and universities. We should put the focus with a reasonable intention on prestigious colleges and universities, preparing to fight, which is more conducive to the graduation season to maintain the positive positions and to win the initiatives.
Third, enhance job search skills. Successful job hunting is the fruit of an accumulation of part-time jobs, but the key is to improve job-hunting skills. The next training camp, we should study more deeply the documents issued from the central government and the Ministry of Education and other relevant departments, learn the spirit of the meeting and a series of important speeches by General Secretary Xi; it is helpful to master the key points of ideological and political education for college students; it is important to elaborate your core competitiveness, especially highlighting part-time counselors, student cadres and other important learning and working experience. We has always attached great importance to the construction of the counselor team and hold more than 20 special training courses for counselors, such as counselor salons, situation policy reports, theoretical lectures, and other special lectures every year. The "part-time counselor job-seeking training camp" reflects CCNU's care and concern for the part-time counselor team, which is conducive to the improvement of the team's student workability. It improves the success rate of part-time counselor job-seeking. According to incomplete statistics, in the past five years, more than 120 part-time counselors trained by the university have continued to work in ideological and political education in colleges and universities after graduation.
