On October 13, at 2:30 p.m., we held the third written test of the "Part-Time Counselor Job Hunting Training Camp" of 2022 in Lecture Hall 403, Student Activity Center. Nearly 30 part-time counselors participated in this written test.
This written test was a closed-book exam, with a total score of 100 points which lasted for one and a half hours. The examination questions include four types: single-choice questions, indefinite choice questions, short answer questions， and countermeasure analysis questions. The content of the test involves a series of significant speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the spirit of ideology and politics documents, and the theoretical knowledge and practice of ideological and political education, mainly examining the relevant professional knowledge and abilities that counselors should have.
After the written examination, Director Li Diao inquired about the examination responses of the part-time counselors who participated in the training. He also encouraged everyone to strengthen their study, improve their internal skills and strengthen their ability to prepare for the examination so that they can strive to stand out in the subsequent formal competitions as well as hold the post of high-quality and professional excellent counselors successfully in their ideal universities to perform their formal universities. Part-time counselors who participated in the training also said that this written test has found the loopholes and weaknesses of their job search preparation. Later, they will carry out targeted training and experience summaries to try to show their strength perfectly in the formal competition to become a glorious college instructor.
