The Voice of CCNU On May 31, the school’s 2023 employment promotion meeting was held in the first-floor report hall of the science hall. Party committee secretary of school Xia Lixin and headmaster Hao Fanghua attended this meeting. Heads of relevant functional departments, secretaries of training units, deans, heads of employment work, and graduate grade counselors attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Chen Diming, deputy secretary of the university Party committee.
Hao Fanghua pointed out that in the past year, the school has resolutely implemented the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council to “stabilize employment” and “ensure employment”, put the employment of graduates in a prominent position, implemented “warm education”, and paid close attention to employment work in an all-round way. In the future, we should put the employment work in a more eminent and important position, promote the employment promotion action in the spring, improve the success rate of employment with high-quality services, do a good job in the continuous line of employment assistance, ease the structural contradictions in a steady and order manner, and coordinate the whole year’s employment work unremittingly, so as to promote the full and high-quality employment of graduates and make greater contributions to the high-quality development of school.
Xia Lixin put forward four requirements in combination with the theme of education carried out in the school : First, strengthen the sense of crisis, attach great importance to it, and profoundly grasp the grim situation of employment; the second is to enhance the sense of responsibility, compact the responsibility, and ensure the implementation of the task; third, strengthen the awareness of innovation and take multiple measures to promote more full and high-quality employment of graduates; fourth, strengthen the awareness of the bottom, to do “temperature employment”, grasp the special students and key groups of employment assistance. It is expected that the whole school will unite together, shoulder their responsibilities, and make efforts to thoroughly implement the latest decision-making and deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee, the State Council, the Ministry of Education and the Hubei Provincial Party Committee on the employment of college graduates, so as to escort the high-quality employment of 2023 graduates.
At the meeting, the relevant leaders of the College of Chemistry and the China Rural Research Institute exchanged their experiences and practices in promoting more full and higher quality employment of graduates.
