The college attaches great importance to the construction of academic style, and actively responds to the school's new semester work points, the construction of academic style as an important issue. 1 March, the college held a meeting of all staff, a detailed briefing on the school, the college's focus on the work of the semester planning, and to strengthen the construction of the academic style of the work of the specific requirements.

Keeping two classrooms, strengthening the construction of academic style to empower.


Strictly control and implement the "first classroom" management. Establishment of a "leadership team - counselors - teachers - student cadres" four-level checking system, the college leadership team in-depth classroom, checking students' attendance, listening status, counselors, and teachers collaborative management, timely communication of students' classroom performance. The counselors and teachers work together to communicate students' performance in the classroom, and the student leaders take attendance in the classroom, informing all students of their attendance every week, and criticizing and educating the students for being late, leaving early, or missing classes without any reason. They are enriching the "second classroom" mode by focusing on empowerment. Combined with the college's professional characteristics and nurturing characteristics, we take subject competitions as a handhold, "promoting teaching and learning by competitions", encouraging and guiding students to participate in subject competitions, and cultivating students' practical and innovative abilities. All undergraduate classes carry out semester summary-themed class meetings to provide a platform for students to share their learning experiences and insights with each other and to stimulate students' learning motivation and professional aspirations.

Providing precise guidance to stimulate the vigor of academic-style construction.


For different grades of student groups, we implement stratified and sub-stratified academic analysis and academic guidance strategies. Continuously carry out the evening self-study management system, first-year students and second-year students with academic difficulties all participate; first-year students held a talk and exchange meeting for students changing majors, to help students changing majors to change their roles as soon as possible to adapt to the new environment and integrate into the new profession and the new collective; second-year students to carry out peer support academic counseling, through heart-to-heart talks and questionnaire surveys to understand the student's learning situation and academic difficulties, and to carry out academic twinning and help volunteer service activities. The second year of the university carries out peer support and academic counseling. For senior students, we use heart-to-heart talks and evening roll calls to carry out career planning guidance and job-seeking and employment guidance, provide one-on-one resume modification and interview diagnosis services for internship and job-seeking students, and provide special guidance for graduate school re-examinations for students who are going on to higher education; carry out a series of activities of Career Characters Face-to-Face, inviting HR of enterprises and senior students who have successfully signed up for work to communicate with students face-to-face to help them understand the employment environment, enterprise employment standards and future career We invite corporate HR and senior students to communicate with students face-to-face to help them understand the employment environment, the employment standards of enterprises and the future career development trend, and to enhance the internal motivation of students' learning.

Broaden the path of concern and consolidate the effectiveness of academic style construction.


Promote the post-subsidy system to provide post-subsidy for students who have won awards in disciplinary competitions or obtained qualifications related to disciplines, to alleviate students' financial pressure and help them focus on their studies. Integrate the college laboratory, professional clubs activity room, and other field resources, expand the space for student clubs activities, improve the equipment and facilities required for professional activities, and provide students with a good academic atmosphere and practice platform. Emphasis on environmental infiltration and publicity and guidance, through the offline college exhibition boards and online official microblogging propaganda student role models, give full play to the excellent students of peer-driven and exemplary role models, to create a strong atmosphere of learning advanced, and strive to be the most advanced academic atmosphere.


The construction of academic style is the key link in the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing moral education and an important part of the three-pronged work of educating people, which needs to be unremittingly and persistently. In the future, the School of Computer Science will combine the actual work, continue to promote the standardization, normalization, and institutionalization of the academic style construction work, and promote the quality of talent cultivation of the School with the new results of the academic style construction.
