（The Voice of CCNU）On the morning of October 23, the 2024 Shaanxi University "One-Stop" Student Community Construction Work Special Training Class commenced at CCNU. The training class was organized by the Shaanxi Provincial Education Work Committee, and co-hosted by the Shaanxi Provincial Education Cadre Training Center, the University Ideological and Political Work Force Training and Research Center (CCNU), and the School of Urban and Environmental Sciences at CCNU. Lv Yuan, Director of the Student Work Department and Head of the Student Affairs Office of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Education Work Committee, Li Diao, Director of the Ideological and Political Work Department of the CPC Student Affairs Office of CCNU and Minister of the People's Armed Forces Department, Li Xianling, Deputy Director of the Ideological and Political Work Department, as well as trainees from various universities in Shaanxi Province attended the opening ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Li Xianling, Deputy Director of the Ideological and Political Work Department of the CPC Student Affairs Office of CCNU.
At the beginning of the meeting, all participants watched a video showcasing the achievements of the "One-Stop" student community construction in Hubei Province's universities. The video displayed the specific outcomes and notable effects of the innovative practices in the comprehensive management model of "One-Stop" student communities in various universities in Hubei. It systematically presented the educational philosophy and management model of Hubei Province's universities in building "One-Stop" student communities.
Li Diao, Director of the Ideological and Political Work Department of the CPC Student Affairs Office and Minister of the People's Armed Forces Department at CCNU, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the university and the research and training center. He pointed out that the construction of "One-Stop" student communities in universities is an important directive of the Ministry of Education's work in recent years and is an important institutional innovation in strengthening ideological and political work in universities. The training session brings together universities in Hubei Province that have achieved outstanding results in the construction of "One-Stop" student communities, aiming to provide a platform for all participants to exchange experiences. In relation to this training, he proposed three suggestions: First, to seize the learning opportunity and hone one's inner skills; second, to be good at seizing the timing of exchanges to integrate experience and wisdom; third, to grasp the opportunity for development and innovate in characteristic management models. He hopes that the participants will combine the outcomes of the training to form a "Shaanxi model," "Shaanxi achievements," and "Shaanxi experience" in the comprehensive management of "One-Stop" student communities in universities.
Lv Yuan, Director of the Student Work Department and Head of the Student Affairs Office of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Education Work Committee, offered opinions from three aspects: First, to elevate political positioning and fully recognize the significant meaning of the training; second, to strengthen political responsibility and effectively improve work capabilities and levels; third, to strictly adhere to political discipline, manage strictly and pragmatically to enhance the effectiveness of the training. He hopes that everyone will focus on participating in the discussions, diligently complete the training tasks, strive to improve political capabilities and qualities, and truly shoulder the heavy responsibility of comprehensive coverage and high-quality development of the "One-Stop" student community comprehensive management model.
It is reported that the University Ideological and Political Work Force Training and Research Center (Huazhong Normal University) is a work platform for the construction of university ideological and political work teams in the new era, integrating tasks such as training and research, theoretical education, practical exploration, and policy consultation. It has meticulously designed a training program for 97 backbone members of ideological and political work from 92 universities in Shaanxi Province. Next, all participants will closely focus on the theme of "One-Stop" student community construction in universities, and through a combination of thematic reports, thematic education, on-site teaching, and group discussions and exchanges in a scenario-based, experiential, and inquiry-based teaching format, they will carry out a three-day intensive training to help improve the quality of ideological and political work in universities in Shaanxi Province.
