In the lengthy river of our life, there might be filled with tragedy and comedy. When I confront with the tragedy myself, there must be someone in my heart who is like a beam of light, erasing the overwhelming darkness. This special person is Vincent Van Gogh. After I watched the film named Loving Vincent, I did realize how distinguished he was. His short but choppy life spanning 37 years is literally complicated but irreplaceable.
在我们生命的长河中，充满悲剧和喜剧。当我自己面对这个悲剧的时候，我的心里有一个人，就像一束光，抹去了无尽的黑暗。这个特别的人就是文森特·梵高。在我看了《至爱梵高》这部电影后，我深刻地意识到他是多么杰出。他短暂而波折的37年人生虽然复杂，但无可替代。
Let’s catch a short glimpse of his life. Actually, at the age of 20, he has already become the successful painting dealer in London. However for his deep empathy with the poor, he attached his complicated emotions and life on painting at the age of 27. His early paintings mainly focused on the poor, like the potato eaters. But later he was influenced by the Ukiyoe and his paintings became bright and bold, like Sunflowers, reflecting his contradiction of life——poor, painful but trying hard to bloom. However, heavily beaten by his friend Gauguin’s departure, his despair outburst. He cut off his ear and was sent to the sanatorium. Through the window of it, he saw the surfy blue sky, the revolving pine trees, and the shining stars, that is the starry night. Although the enormous burdens of life overwhelmed him, there were still the beauty and marvellous scenery in his eyes.

Witnessing the whole life of Vincent through the movie, he never blamed anyone who insulted and bullied him. Instead, he embraced the world with kindness and love. He swallowed all the adversity on his own and felt guilty in his incompetence and his family. He had such a pure mind, putting his empathy and sympathy on the poor, and expressing the blessings to the world.
我通过电影目睹了文森特的一生，他从不责怪任何侮辱他、欺负他的人。相反，他以善良和爱拥抱这个世界。他独自承受了所有的不幸，因自己的无能而对家庭感到内疚。他有着如此纯粹的心灵，将他的同情和同理心都投入穷困当中，将自己最美好的祝福奉献给了世界。
In Strange doctor，someone comments，“He transformed the pain of his tormented life into ecstatic beauty, pain is easy to portray, but to use your passion and pain to portray the ecstacy and joy magnificence of the world, no one had ever done it before. Perhaps no one ever will again.” But Vincent succeeded. He not only transformed the world, but also transformed each one who admires him. He teaches everyone that can say Hi to tragedy through your own way.
在《奇异博士》中，有人曾评价他说:“他将自己那饱受折磨的一生中所承受的苦难升华为引人入胜的美，痛苦很容易被描绘，但用你的激情和痛苦去描绘这个世界的壮观，动人，欢欣之处，实在是前无古人。也很可能后无来者。”但文森特成功了。他不仅改变了世界，也改变了每一个崇拜他的人。他教会每个人用自己的方式面对悲剧。
