It was three o’clock in the morning, rainy and cold. In Wuhan Heping Avenue, a bunch of warm light broke the darkness at night. It was the headlight of Mr. Wang’s car. His wife was a doctor in Wuchang Hospital, who fought in the frontline during the pandemic of Covid-19. Being afraid of the transmission of the virus, Mrs. Wang refused to take her husband’s car and chose to walk to work at midnight. As a result, a car followed Mrs. Wang slowly all the way, illuminating the road ahead. “Even though I cannot share her hard work during this period, I want her to know that I will always be wherever she is.” This touching love hidden in the headlight warmed the rainy winter night.
凌晨三点，武汉下着小雨。在和平大道上，一束暖光打破了黑暗。那是汪先生汽车前的大灯。他的妻子是武昌医院一名奋战在新冠疫情前线的主治医生。汪太太害怕把病毒传染给丈夫，不愿意乘坐丈夫的车，而是选择自己走路上班。于是，王先生选择开着车一直缓慢地跟在王太太的身后，用灯光照亮了妻子前方的道路。“即使我不能在这艰难的时期分担她的辛苦，但我希望她知道我会永远在她身边。”隐藏在车头灯里的动人的爱温暖了这个下雨的冬夜。

An old couple had been stuck at home for a long time during the pandemic. In order to make some supplement for the fridge, Mrs. Liu decided to go out to buy some ingredients. However, Mr. Liu stopped her out of the concerned of her weak body. After an argument, the old coupe decided to go out together. As soon as they opened the door, they found a big parcel in front of the door. Inside this large package were lots of fresh vegetables and two chickens. A note in the parcel said that this was the package from a student of Mr. Liu who wanted to repay the kindness he received many years ago. The student also mentioned that he would deliver the ingredients every three days in the hope that they didn’t have to bother going out at the risk of infection. Tears filled the eyes of the old couple.
一对老夫妻因为疫情，很长时间都没有出门。刘老太太想要出门去买菜补充一下家里冰箱的库存。但刘老先生因担心妻子虚弱的身体，不愿意让妻子出门。经过了一轮争吵，他们还是决定一起出去买菜。当他们打开家门时，这对老夫妻发现一个有一个大包裹放在了门前。包裹里是新鲜的蔬菜以及两只自家饲养的鸡。这个包裹里的留言写道：我曾是刘老师的学生，刘老师对我的帮助我永生难忘。我会每三天送一次菜上门，还请老师和师母在疫情期间千万不要出门。看到这，这对老夫妻的眼眶里满是泪水。

Hu Ming, a Wuhan doctor fighting in the frontline during the pandemic, picked up a phone call when he was in an interview. Then he got to know that his good friend who was a doctor as well was infected and in bad condition. Immediately, he choked with sobs. However, a few seconds later, he wiped away his tears and continued to work. “There is no time for me to be sad. I must grasp every second to save more lives and this is the only thing I can do for my comrade now.”
胡明是一名奋战在新冠疫情前线的武汉医生。当他在接受采访时，接通了一个电话。胡明得知了他一位朋友在拯救病人的过程中感染了新冠。一瞬间，他泣不成声。但仅仅过了几秒钟，他便擦干眼泪，继续投入到工作当中。我没有时间悲伤，我必须抓紧每分每秒去拯救生命，而这是我唯一能为我的战友做的事情。
The virus was cruel and ruthless. However, there are still love and hope in the world. It was these moving and warm moments that lighted up the long dark night. This warmth supported Chinese to fight so that now we can see the light of dawn.
病毒是残酷无情的。但世界上仍存在着爱和希望。恰恰是这些感人温暖的时刻照亮了漫长的黑夜。这些温暖支撑着中国人对抗病毒的战争，而如今，我们已经看见了黎明的亮光。
