In many people's minds, the Constitution is superior, and it seems to be far away from us. In fact, we have been protected by the Constitution since we were born. Everyone has the right to be "person" as an individual. Anyone, including our parents, can’t harm us or abuse us. At the age of 7, we go to primary schools, we have the right and obligation to receive education. At the age of 18, we reach an adult age, we are responsible for our actions, we have the right to elect and be elected, and we have the obligation to support our parents. At the age of 22, we graduate from universities and look for jobs, we have to exercise the rights and obligations of labor. At the age of 23, we can take annual leave for the first year of work because workers have the right to rest. At the age of 26, we get married and have children, and our marriage and family are protected by the constitution. At the age of 28, we buy our own houses, they are very hard, but we are very happy, our houses are personal property protected by the constitution. At the age of 35, our parents retire, the family live happily together, and the lives of these retired old couples are also protected by the constitution.
The constitution is the fundamental law of the country. As contemporary college students, we must consciously abide by the constitution and uphold it. We should know the law, abide by it, use it, and believe in it. In daily life, some laws and regulations are closely related to our lives. We must work hard to understand and remember them so that we can use them skillfully in our work.
The 21st century is the age of information, and the Internet has become an indispensable part of people's lives. However, in daily use, network security issues frequently occur. The first criterion for college students’ online participation is to respect the constitution. Secondly, to establish a correct network view, abide by laws and regulations, regulate online behavior, enhance network security awareness, actively assume social responsibilities, and jointly create a healthy and progressive network environment.
In recent years, there have been cases in which college students who were unable to escape due to deep involvement in online loans, naked loans, and campus loans finally took the path of suicide. While we feel sad for the passing of young lives, we should be more vigilant about the next incident. The most important thing is to make a fundamental breakthrough and put an end to the psychology of borrowing. Every college student should establish correct values and rational consumption concepts, develop the excellent quality of hard work, and stay away from bad online loans. At the same time, schools should also popularize knowledge and education related to investment and consumption, help students establish correct values, cultivate the awareness and ability to prevent the possible risks, and identify various illegal loans.
As the current intellectual property awareness of college students in our country is generally not high, intellectual property infringed by college students occur from time to time. The main reason is that the current legal consciousness of college students is weak, and the knowledge of intellectual property is not enough. The other reason is that the financial ability of college students is limited and the cost of infringement of intellectual property rights is low. For example, plagiarism of thesis is common. After entering the university, the thesis enters the life of the students. The thesis is a reflection of teachers' teaching quality, and it is also a way to cultivate students' research, innovation, and writing skills, and to verify students' comprehensive understanding and application of what they have learned. The thesis is listed as the scope of protection of intellectual property because of the original creation of the students. However, the phenomenon of thesis infringement is widespread in universities. Especially in recent years, with the rapid development of network technology, on the one hand, it is convenient for students to find lots of information, but on the other hand, it also causes infringement. Some college students not only buy pirated books and pirated CDs, but also use pirated software to download music and songs for free. These infringements of intellectual property are regarded as common actions and are understandable in the eyes of most college students. This serious phenomenon runs counter to our country’s goal of cultivating innovative talents and building an innovative country. Enhancing college students’ awareness of intellectual property should attract sufficient attention.
The reason why our country can stand among the nations of the world is that our country is protected by the constitution. The constitution is the mother of all laws of the People’s Republic of China. It is closely related to our lives. The constitution is like an invisible giant umbrella, protecting us all the time, making our society more harmonious, and making the country stronger and more prosperous.
