At ten o'clock in the morning on December 4, the constitution day garden party formally started in the grove of the east district. Hosted by Law School, this garden party was open to all school personnel. It was divided into five chapters: the starting point, individual, family, school, society, rights protection, and the end point. Each chapter set various games that integrated fun and educational significance for everyone to participate in the game. The constitution-related science exhibition boards were placed in the garden party center to further publicize constitutional knowledge.
At the starting point, the students clenched fists with their right hands, with flashing eyes, and took a solemn oath before the constitution, expressing their respect for the constitution, sincerity for the country and hope for the future with very strong voice. The sincere attitude of the CCNU students touched many present people, and encouraged young children and older passers-by to participate in the oath and convey their support and deep love for the constitution together. Over time, the excitement had not diminished, and the strong atmosphere had infected present everyone, and even young children joined in to feel the charm of the constitution together.
After the oath was taken, people received the garden party ticket and formally stepped on a tour of the garden party. In the individual chapter, the 2021 grade student union had set up a game of "how many personal rights ‘marbles’" for everyone. This game used iron chopsticks to pick up marbles posted with basic human rights labels, and experienced basic human rights in the intensive countdown.
Coming to the family chapter, the three classes of 2020 grade had separately planned three entertaining and educational games for everyone to visit and play. The students successfully passed the test of memorizing laws and regulations and 10 multiple choice questions, and entered the final part of "You draw I guess the nine square grids". They were divided into many groups of two person, one described the legal vocabularies and the other analyzed and guessed. There were the sound of reading books for memorizing laws and regulations, the firm voice of choosing the correct answers, and the body language with strong voice and emotion, a combination of Chinese and English, which were full of joy and laughter.
Walking to the school chapter, the three classes of the 2019 grade also provided three game projects. They promoted the importance of preventing the telecom fraud for everyone in the part of choosing and answering questions, they popularized the relevant laws and regulations of campus safety and construction in the "Laws and Regulations Cases Link-link Look", and popularized the knowledge of the constitution in the ring game. While increasing the difficulty of the game, everyone also learned a lot of campus law knowledge.
Immediately followed by the society chapter, the Law Association designed three sections: "Three Chapters About Laws (Guess Key Words)", "Laws and Regulations Classifications", and "the Nine Square Grids Questions and Answers", which ingeniously integrated the constitutional knowledge in the society into the games and aroused everyone's strong interest. Not only students from CCNU participated in the events, but also a little girl as young as eight or nine years old joined the "Three Chapters About Laws" team to reveal the answer to the word "minor" with her finger's unexpected action, which caused the present audiences to applaud continuously. "Laws and Regulations Classifications" required the pairing of incomplete laws and regulations into a completed one which made the students lament the difficulty, but there were also outstanding people who can perfectly pair the laws and regulations, which made the students very envious.
Ending the journey of the society chapter, the country chapter opened. The legal service center’s planning was ingenious, using the form of monopoly and constitutional knowledge questions and answers, allowing students to answer questions about the constitution in the competitions of throwing "the fate dice" and competing in the "rule of law" , and also participated in the game at the same time to harvest the joy of education in entertainment, learned the knowledge of the constitution.
Entering the rights protection chapter, "the Secrets that Cannot be Told (you gesticulate I guess)" game set up by the postgraduate union made the students feel unfulfilled. In just three minutes, the students tried their best to make the gestures of words in boards and guessed the answers. This was not only a test of knowledge about the constitution, but also a test of tacit degree.
The end point was where students can fill in postcards and questionnaires and redeem prizes. The students raised their pens one after another and left their activity thoughts on the postcards. "It turns out that the constitution can be so interesting", "As a senior school sister who is about to graduate from Law School of CCNU, I am very happy to participate in the event on the constitution day of the last year", "This event made me realize that the constitution is by your and my sides", Everyone communicated with pens and papers, and expressed their love and praise for the constitution garden party with the help of warm words and sentences.
When the time ticked and ticked to 14:00, our garden party also came to an end. The students reluctantly leaved, and this garden party narrowed the distance between the constitution and the students and nourished the awe of the law in laughter and harvest.
