As we all know, life expectance has been longer because of the advancement of the technology and the wealth of civilians. Despite that the old can make contributions to the society, the demographic nowadays may trigger a myriad of challenges and problems.
众所周知，随着科技进步和人们财富的增加，人口预期寿命在延长。尽管老年人可以为社会做出贡献，但如今的人口结构可能会引发无数的挑战和问题。
One of the problems concerning the aging population is that expenses of healthcare will escalate, making pressure on taxers and the community-based elderly care. It is self-evident that the majority of the medical needs would emerge during the last years of life. Therefore, in order to protect and improve the lawful rights and interests of senior citizens, the authority is required to spend a lot taking care of them, while other fundamental and essential services, like education will encounter the financial problems.
有关人口老龄化的问题之一是，医疗保健的费用将上升，给纳税人带来压力。不言而喻，大部分的医疗需求会在老年时期出现。因此，当局需要花费大量资金来照顾老年人，而其他重要的服务，如教育，将遇到资金问题。
Another challenge is about the pace of work. With the increasing of numbers of aging workers, the average pace of work will be relatively lower. Even if the old put off their retirement, they may affect the efficiency and interests of the plant negatively.
另一个问题是关于工作节奏。随着老龄化工人数量的增加，平均工作节奏会相对放慢。即使老人推迟退休，他们也可能对工厂的效率和利益产生负面影响。
On the other hand, many people would choose to postpone their retirement and lengthen their careers, whose experience and wisdom are regarded as “wealth”. Recently individuals have exceedingly focused on the diet health and sports, leading to a healthier and longer life. These persons are expected to impart their knowledge and skills as consultants to the young. For instance, some the senior managers would guide the youth on tips from how to manage a firm to how to provide better services to clients.
另一方面，许多人选择推迟退休，延长他们的职业生涯，他们的经验和智慧被视为 "财富"。近年来，人们非常关注饮食健康和运动，从而使自己更健康、更长寿。这些人作为顾问向年轻人传授他们的知识和技能。例如，一些高级管理人员会指导年轻人如何管理公司，以及如何为客户提供更好的服务等技巧。
In conclusion, the prominent extension of the life span has put strain on health care and made the workforce less productive. Even though we can benefit from the seniors’ wisdom, it is worrying to develop the economy in the graying society.
总而言之，寿命的显著延长会给医疗保健带来压力，并使劳动力的生产力下降。尽管我们可以从老年人的智慧中获益，但在这个老年社会中发展经济依然是令人担忧的。
