From 1921 to 2021, the Communist Party of China has gone through the journey of a hundred years. From the birth of the Communist Party of China to the founding of the new China, from the reform and opening up to the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the Communist Party of China has withstood the test in the trials and tribulations, grasped the opportunity under the change of the times and maintained the original intention with the rapid development.
自1921年至2021年，中国共产党已经走过了百年岁月。从中国共产党初生到新中国成立，从改革开放到中国特色社会主义新时代，党在风雨磨难中经受住了考验，在时代变换下把握住了机遇，在飞速发展中保有着初心。
During the May 4th movement, the most visionary and ambitious people in the society saw the profound contradictions of the history and explored the road of new democratic revolutionary with Marxist theory. When the nation was in danger, the Communist Party of China commanded the overall situation of the country, promoted the cooperation between the Nationalist Party and the Communist Party and ensured the safety of China. When the international situation was turbulent, the leaders of the Communist Party of China were far-sighted and made the decision of reform and opening up with the spirit of openness and inclusiveness. With the prosperity and development of society, the Communist Party of China made a reasonable judgment and promoted the socialist construction to a higher stage. In face of the COVID-19, the Communist Party of China made overall plans with acute foresight, comforted all the people and led them to win the battle against the epidemic.
五四风潮，社会上最具眼光与理想的志士看清历史的深刻矛盾，用马克思主义理论为旗帜，探索出新民主主义革命道路。民族危亡，党组织顾览国家大局，助推国共合作，得保中华之安危。国际时局动荡，党的领导者高瞻远瞩，以开放包容的气魄做出改革开放的决定。社会繁荣发展，党做出合理判断，将社会主义建设推进至更高度阶段。疫病突袭，党中央以敏锐的眼光统筹大局，稳定民心，带领全中国人民打赢了“抗疫”的胜仗。
The fundamental reason is that our party is the most sober and resolute leading core of the country which always keeps the sharpest eyesight in the complexity and represents the interests of the overwhelming majority of the people. It is advanced, because it understands that the failure on the road of exploration is always inevitable. It is the best choice to learn from the experience and constantly move forward. It is developing, because it knows the truth that everything changes with the passage of time. It is not advisable to be complacent. Only through continuous innovation with the development of the times can we go further. It is people-oriented. It is composed of every sincere patriot of the Chinese and always bears in mind its original intention of serving the people.
究其根本，是因为我们党是国家最清醒而坚毅的领导核心，在纷繁中始终保持最锋利的目光，始终代表最广大人民的利益。它是先进的，因为它明白探索的道路上失败永远不可避免，总结经验，不断向前，才是最好的选择。它是发展的，因为它深知时间流逝，万物皆变的道理，固步自封绝不可取，唯有在时代的发展中不断革新，才能走向更远的未来。它是始终向人民的，它孕育自我们中华民族每一个赤诚的爱国者，更铭记为人民服务的初心。
A hundred years ago, China suffered a lot under the rule of the feudal leaders. Now, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, we have become a rich and powerful country. However, while advancing steadily, there are still constant international challenges. In the stable environment, the awareness of danger is still indispensable. We should be glad that long-term fine style and brilliant history of the Communist Party of China will be the precious wealth for us. We should have confidence that the leadership of the Communist Party of China is always the strongest posterior shield behind us.
百年前，中国在封建领导者的统治下受尽苦难。如今在中国共产党的领导下，我们已然成为富强之大国。然而，在稳定前进的同时，来自国际的挑战仍然不断。在安定的环境中，思危之意识仍然不可或缺。我们应感到庆幸，我们党长久的优良作风与辉煌历史都将是我们宝贵的财富。我们应当保有信心，党的领导始终是我们身后最坚强的后盾。
